The room was modern and the staff KNOWLEDGEABLE. The hotel was in an excellent location, near the train and bus stations. What's more, it was really close to city center and the the business areas and a train station that is a 7min ride to Madrid Barajas airport.

Truly enjoyed the twin room we had with comfortable bed. We got sensational breakfasts with nice varieties. The location was magnificent - close enough to subway and train station and Mad Cool festival. The staff was supper friendly and amicable all the time.

Brand new hotel, luxurious, spacy rooms, very good value (guess that depends on the actual rates you get, but for around eur 60,- it is a good deal. Helpful staff.
Getting to downtown is either expensive (taxi) or takes long (50 minutes by bus, which is actually very cheap).

Stayed for 2 nights in this pleasant place, liked that. We stayed in a guest room with comfortable beds. There were an electronic key card, flat-screen TV, and a study table provided.

A very good hotel, situated in a quiet area, close to subway (metro ligero) Virgen del Cortijo! The reception staff very very friendly (a 10 plus)! And great housekeeping, bed and room looked immaculate every day! Thank you for everything! ps: there is an internet corner in the lobby for free! If you go to Madrid and did not want anything in the center, but keep the quality, select Barcelo Castellana Norte!
